My son asked for this and the Handy Manny talking toolbox for his fourth birthday. The toolbox is adorable but this is honestly garbage. The belt attaches with velcro and is awkward for him to put on himself, the visor doesn't stay on his head, and the gloves are terribly made and almost impossible to get on. The last one is especially heartbreaking to me - the other day we were struggling to put them on and he said "These gloves are too small. I guess Handy Manny is for little kids." Thanks for taking away my kid's innocence, Handy Manny gloves!

We ordered the Puppy Playtime as an accessory to the Loving Family Twin Time Dollhouse we gave to our 3-year-old daughter for her birthday. She LOVES it!! My 3rd baby is 6m/o and he still wakes up at night, so I have to put music for him and rock him till he goes back to sleep, so we thought this would replace me, it does have a sensor that starts sending music after seconds of crying, but it shuts off after few hours, so if my baby wakes up after 3 hours it won't work, so what is the use?
if I wanted the music for the time when I am awake, then I would just put the CD on and it goes for an hour. so this doesn't work for me, it should stay on all night... I don't care if it is going to use more battaries because I need to sleep.

We bought this toy on a whim while out shopping at a dept store. It was inexpensive, less than six bucks, and it was so cute we decided to buy it for our 6-month old.

It is extremely cute, with a face painted onto the front surface. Bright vibrant primary colors typical of Fisher Price, sweet as can be. It makes a popping noise as it is pushed along and it absolutely delights my baby. When we push it toward him, he squeals with laughter and joy. It's actually pretty funny since it is not obvious what is amusing about this process but somehow he reacts as though you're about to attack him with tickles.

His favorite thing to do with this toy is to spin the little barrel that is on the top surface of the train behind the smokestack. There are little dimples in the spinnable barrel and he is really enjoying developing his dexterity of his index finger by putting his finger in the dimples and flicking.

Hmm... I really wanted this to be a great toy but....

I like the concept and the kids are enjoying it only here and there since Christmas but I don't think it's worth the money AT ALL - It's kind of a joke. (I was lucky enough to get it at TRU with a coupon so I paid half the ridiculous price it's being offered here).

Train doesn't actually ride on a track, only over it.
I was hopeful of the train picking up the track but not so lucky on our pergo type flooring.
It merely picks up one piece of track over and over again, which really is kind of silly IMO.
The round track is ok but it's rather boring.

I will say the quality and durability of this toy is extremely nice.
The track pieces are thick and sturdy and easy to put together for my 2 and 4 yr-olds.

Unfortunately I see this toy being a novelty that will quickly wear off.
I would return it but then my kids might ask where it went.
