My son got the Planet Heroes space ship for Christmas 08 and, not to leave my daughter out, I got her the Venus character, Dazzle, to play with. This is a really fun toy. It comes with a "Lava gun" and a shield, but the gun is the most fun part. It has a little "cannister" of "lava" that goes in the back of the gun and a little "dart" that shoots out the front -- that is also interchangeable with the other Planet Heroes "bullets", even the one on the space ship.
My only complaints are that the string that connects the "lava cannister" to the gun has already come untied a couple of times (no big deal) and that Dazzle does not fit in either of the pods on the Planet Heroes space ship. She does, however, fit in the front. So if Venus is in the space ship -- she's driving!
The toy is well balanced and she can stand on her own even with the big lava gun in one hand and shield in the other.
