We received this train as a gift, even though my son has a giant train table with the wooden tracks and trains. Because it was train related, we had to open it right away rather than setting it aside to return since he has a perfectly good train set already!
It was easy to assemble, and has not fallen apart yet even though we have moved it around the room to try to escape little sister. I know that the person that bought it expected it to move by itself, as most Geotrax seem to, but this one is of course just a push train. If you buy it without really studying the package, you may be disappointed. I've seen this same train on TV with a train that runs via remote, but maybe I don't understand how the geotrax systems work and you have to buy separate trains.
All in all, it's fun for now, but I'd never spend money on it. It's not as fun as the wooden train sets that have so many possibilities when it comes to arranging tracks, etc. Plus the wooden ones are just prettier.Get more detail about Fisher Price GeoTrax Timbertown Railway with Push Train.
