I purchased this so many years ago for my daughter that I forgot about this toy. I owed a review for this toy so, I want to mention what my daughter and I loved about this toy.
Originally when I bought it, these playsets were new on the market. The family was slightly different but in the end, it is still the same playset. I loved the fact that it was small enough to take to grandmas and that there were only a few pieces so, I did not have to worry about so many pieces getting lost. It was easy enough for my daughter to clean up. By the way, I bought these sets for her when she was five.
The whole thing is washable so, when sticky hands touch it (and they will), you can easily wash everything off.
My daughter loved dollhouses and activities that mimicked real life so, this was an ideal toy to fit the bill. The price was the real clincher since the sets were so affordable. I loved all of these sets and we purchased many of them over time. Some of the dolls (like the hair salon), the dolls had real hair. It really helped my daughter to use her imagination. There were no batteries or electronics needed so, I loved it even more. It easy enough to take on a trip to keep girls occupied.
The drawback is that it has some small pieces so, you might want to keep them in a storage bag to avoid getting lost for example, the post office. Due to the small pieces, I would not recommend this toy for children under 4.Get more detail about Family Home - Fisher-Price Go Anywhere Girls.
