I recently bought this toy second-hand, and I'm glad I did. My ten month old nephew gets excited and loves watching the balls roll down the track, but he is entertained for about ten minutes and has no desire to go back to the toy once he's moved on. Most of the time he's more entertained by putting the balls in his mouth. The toy does come apart easily, the penguins pop off, etc., and it was not very sturdy. There is not enough support to hold up the track, and it's easily knocked down and crawled over. I was impressed, however, with the fact that even though the toy came apart easily, it did not break like I thought it would. So putting it back together may be a chore, but at least it's still usable.
