This magna doodle appears to be well made. We use them in preschool as a pre-writing tool. The slide moves up and down easily. The screen is small, but large enough for a child to make a picture or print numbers and letters. We have used a number of Magna Doodles in preschool over the years. Eventually, the screen becomes pocked and the magnetic powder does not completely erase. This is the first time we've ordered them from Fisher-Price.
