now that my son is crawling, i wanted to get him some toys that move that he could chase after. as usual, all toys are a HUGE P in the A to get out of the box, so much so that by the time i was done with all the wires, he box was completely destroyed and my chances of returning it were gone. and if i could return it i would, it just wasnt worth the $24 i paid for it.
all it does is move in one direction for about 7 seconds, thats it. none of the animals move independently or pop up at all. just they one guy, the elephant, is motorized and tugs the other 3. my son doesnt even like the toy. its got nice sounds and music when it does move, but after the thrill of that ends, this toy just sits there in his toy basket, untouched. also, the individual pieces do not stay connected if you lift the toy up off the floor, its impossible to keep the train connected unless you handle it with 2 hands.
maybe when my son is older and can understand the concept of pushing it down to make it go it will be more fun for him. in the meantime, i'd rather have the $24 back in my wallet. Get more detail about Fisher-Price Amazing Animals Press and Go Animal Parade.
