My daughter is 17 months old and Santa brought her this, along with the Mom and Dad and Baby Room accessories for Christmas 2009. It is absolutely adorable and so precise in workmanship. The dollhouse and accessories are durable and the Mom, Dad and baby's legs and arms can move! Like all other reviews, the dolls are a nice size and easy for a toddler to hold. Also, the dolls features are nicely detailed. My daughter loves this dollhouse and it is definitely age appropriate. She loves the lamp and walks around the house with it in her hand. She is not quite yet at the stage where she puts the appropriate pieces in the correct places, but she plays with the many pieces and dollhouse. Also, it comes with the bathroom and kitchen items and the family of three. This is definitely value for money. Any little girl will love to have this dollhouse and will prove many hours of delightful fun. My daughter loves puppies and I decided to buy her the TV room set to complete her house. A definite keeper and very beautiful for a toddler. I actually had fun playing with it the first time we assembled it and still do!
