Gift for 6 year old son. He also has Imaginex castle which closes and has handles. I buy these items from Fisher Price because they are sturdy and well made. Cost more than some toys but worth the extra dollars because they hold up so well and my son really likes playing with both castles, the knights, the dragons, etc. and he takes them when he "travels" to grandmas. This castle has cool sounds, hidden staircase, etc. but it doesn't fold up like the other castle. Otherwise, I definitely recommend it but would also buy the extra knight which was really cheap at Target!
