I bought this for Christmas for my grandson. He just loves this toy and plays with it almost daily. He loves to see which way the ball will fall and laughs hysterically when he succeeds in making the dinosaur roar. It has improved his motor skills: picking up the balls, placing the ball, tries to crawl to the toy, sits up without becoming fussy for longer periods of time than before. I purchased this toy for my 2 year old son who LOVES the movie Cars. It's the perfect size for him to carry around, it's got a nice carrying handle. I have found that regular hotwheels or matchbox cars tend to move slowly and get stuck on the way down and the regular die cast Pixar Cars are just to darn big to use. The perfect cars to use (even better then the ones that come with Raceway) are from the Pixar Cars Mini Adventure series. My boys love this toy. If it did not malfunction 15 times a day, I would love it too. The stylus pen is apparently already broken (bought it for Christmas and now it is March). We have had a problem with the stylus pen wherein you would not be able to move it to the far bottom of the screen and then you would reboot the game to get it to work again. Now, the stylus pen does not seem to work very well at all. Gonna call Fisher Price to see if they will send me another pen. It seems that you can unscrew a panel and remove the pen (I guess Fisher Price was anticipating the stylus pen to break or they would not have made it removable). I can't recommend this toy highly enough. My son rides his bike practically every day. Two months after Christmas, it's the first thing he runs to when he comes home from day care. I bought him two games and he switches between these - they seem to get equal time. My son is almost four and seems to be picking up letters quickly. I do wish that the system ran on an outlet rather than batteries, but that is a minor quibble. Buy Fisher-Price Smart Cycle!

My son likes this toy. But I think its a little too mature for him (he is 6 months). He just likes the music and grabs the penguin. When he is older maybe he'll actually put the animals on the ramp and actually "play" with it. My 18 month old LOVES this toy!!! He got it at 5 months old and we would put the coin in the top and he would 'bat' it with his hand and hear it sing! He never seems to get tired of it and hopefully it will help him with his numbers in the future. Totally worth the money. Our son is pretty rough and the door has never come off at any time like some people have experienced. The only problem I've really seen with it is trying to keep up with the coins. They get carried around the room and end up rolling under the furniture and we have to fish them out! LOL

My parents bought this last Christmas for my baby when he way [...]. It has been a great toy. Very few items these days are battery free, which is nice for the parents. It's also great to have non electronic stimulation for the baby, which is hard to come by these days.

This table has been entertaining and educational for my baby for the last year. It is very durable and my baby has never gotten hurt with it.

It is a great toy for developmental stages. When he was very little, he liked to throw the rings and the snap together pieces. As he grew, he learned how to use the shape sorter and the ring slot. Then he practiced stacking the rings by size. Now that he is 20 months old he is losing interest in the table, although he still likes trying to snap the plastic pieces together.

All in all, this is a great table that baby can use to entertain himself, practice standing, etc, and learn various developments from age 6 months to 20 months (2 years may be pushing it).Buy Fisher-Price Big Discoveries Table!

We bought this for my 2 1/2 year old son for Christmas and he ABSOLUTELY LOVES this!!! He spilled water on a few keys and they broke so we had to buy him another one - life was miserable when a few keys broke (my son's fault). I also have an 8 month old and he loves it too . . . even though he isn't "learning" his letters yet. My 2 1/2 year old actually takes this to bed because he is so attached to this!!! The screen has a back light so you can easily see the screen - I haven't found many that have this feature. We have an extra laptop hid away in case something happens to his laptop. It goes everywhere with him and it is VERY durable!!! It took my son 2 months to completely learn his alphabet. His little neighbor friends (2 little girls - ages 1 and 2) also love this laptop.
