We got this as a gift for our little girl, who loves cell phones. She likes this toy, but she was too young when she got it. She was in a teething phase and has eaten the Elmo sticker off the front and made teeth marks in the antenna. She still likes it. I did not experience any of the volume problems described in the other reviews, but was glad to see there's an "off" switch, which my 8 month old has not yet discovered.
