One of my 6 month old twins wound up in the hospital for a few days and the pediatric dept brought this aquarium to put on his crib. It immediately helped to put him to sleep. We have since purchased two so each has one and we couldn't be more pleased. The provide nice light during the night when they wake up, without putting on a big light.
